Registration Materials

**Registration Materials for the 2008 Indigenous Soccer Cup are now available.**
In order to register for the 2008 ISC, you will need to print, complete, and submit all of the forms on this page.* Coaches/managers are responsible for gathering these materials and submitting them as a team. Only one Team Registration form must be submitted per team. This form can be completed by a coach or manager. Registration materials are due by June 15.
Be sure to print and read through the Registration Checklist to make sure you have everything required for registration.
*Players in search of teams should fill out and submit the Athlete Interest form. This form will be filed and used to connect players to teams in their area.
